Fiji Petrel Project gets international recognition and support
Science Illustrated runs an article on the plight of the Fiji Petrel and provides NFMV with a full page advertisement of support

  15/12/2009 - Dick Watling Science Illustrated in its new Australian issue (www.scienceillustrated.com.au) featured the Fiji Petrel and the work done by NatureFiji-MareqetiViti on the Fiji Petrel Project. The Publisher went further providing us with a full page inside back cover advertisement - a picture of the first Fiji Petrel taken at sea by Hadoram Shirihai during NFMV's recent pelagic reearch expedition. "Don't let this be the last time the world sees the Fiji Petrel......." was the caption....together with a paragraph on how to help save the Fiji Petrel and support NFMV.
