NatureFiji-MareqetiViti has held a one day mid-year review of all our project work plans and organisational progress at our office.
Ensuring that project work plans are proceeding accordingly is an important task and one that is not taken lightly at NatureFiji-MareqetiViti.
We recently held a one day meeting at our office to assess the progress on all our individual staff’ and project work plans. Project activities, outcomes, and exit strategies were key matters of discussion during the event.
In addition, staff timesheets were analysed and relevant issues were highlighted. Our organisational progress was also assessed according to the Arcadia health checklist, a strategic document which ensures that the organisation is functioning well.
NatureFiji-MareqetiViti’s communications officer, Tamara Osborne, facilitated the review and was suitably satisfied with the progress shown by all the project officers.
The remaining months of the year will be busy for most of the staff, however, if the first half of the year is anything to go by then the majority of project activities and outcomes will be feasible within that timeframe.
So here’s to another sucessful half year at NFMV!
