Montana Goloubef interned at NatureFiji-MareqetiViti through an immersion project run by Insight Global Education. The project places college students into semesters in development, which entail working within a community together with taking courses in line with the student’s degree studies.  Montana is a Resource and Environmental Management major at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, British Columbia (degree expected in 2019) Here in Fiji, he studied at Fiji National University in Environmental Impact Assessment and Climate Change in the South Pacific.

At NatureFiji-MareqetiViti, Montana worked on the Desertification Project, assisting other staff to outline a Community Development Plan.
