Poasa is a Gau Islander and trained dog handler working on the Fiji Petrel project. He has been working with Bob (male lab/pointer cross) and Tar (female lab/border collie cross), and has systematically covered sections of the hinterlands of Gau Island in search for the Fiji Petrel.
